Tickling Your (Holiday) Punny Bone

This guy goes into a restaurant for a Christmas breakfast while in his home town for the holidays.

After looking over the menu he says, "I'll just have the eggs benedict."

His order comes a while later and it's served on a big shiny hubcap. He asks the waiter, "What's with the hubcap?"

The waiter sings, "There's no plate like chrome for the hollandaise."

  1. True story:

Last summer I attended a wedding of a lovely young couple. The husband's last name is "Long" and the bride's name interestingly enough was "Lang." After the wedding I spoke with my father-in-law who asked me if it was a nice wedding. I said "it was beautiful... She changed her name from Lang to Long," I said, "and all they had to do was exchange a vowel!" True story.

Thank you for the very valuable info you provide on your blog. I'm trying to incorporate some of techniques you suggest on a portrait I'm working on now. I'm posting the progress on my blog if you want to check it out.

    Sincerely,
    Chris
